Needed a tow. Brandon from Spillane's (5/23/24) is a absolute gentleman. Helped where needed did all the test before just hooking it up on the flatbed. 100% how the job should be done. That man deserves a raise

Everytime i call AAA, Spillanes seems to always answer the call. Thank you for coming to me everytime I'm in need of towing. I appreciate your drivers for all the help I've received over the years of having to call for a tow and there's no other company I would want to tow my car outside of Spillanes.
I live 21 hours away from Vermont, for I am working up in the Burlington area. My truck ended up breaking down after shop hours and I had no one else to call but this company. I asked for a recommendation for a good diesel shop, for I drive an F250. They recommended Charlieboys, great shop and terrific service, and I made sure to let them know that I do not drive a semi or anything if the sort. However they still recommended them. The next day I find out that Charlieboys cannot work in my truck and I have to have it towed to a different shop. They wouldn’t work with me about accommodations for I have already payed them 250 for a tow. Tow drivers were nice as can be but i’m sure they will screw someone else.
I was in a very unfortunate situation where I was locked out of my car alone in the dark. It was cold and I had no jacket. AAA said it would be five hours before someone at Spillane’s Service could get me. When I informed Spillane of my pretty desperate situation, a technician was immediately sent to help me. Truly so thankful for this company as I would have been stuck and freezing. Cannot thank Spillane enough for all the help!
Spillane's came through for me in the best possible way. I had an important event to get to, and my car died en route. Roadside assistance got me all set up with Spillane's, who came scooped up my car, got it to my mechanics without hassle, and I made it where I needed to be with time to spare. Everyone I dealt with was professional and compassionate. What could have been a nightmare, was a mere blip in the day.
