Bruce was called out through AAA he’s the worst tow operator I have ever met. Almost hit 2 kids an adult and 2 dogs not paying attention then doing 80 tailgating people on the interstate. When we got to the garage he forcefully took my truck off the tow truck. I went out screaming at him to stop and just wait a minute and he just continued doing it to the point one of the mechanics was going out to say something but by that time he had the truck off and was leaving. Very disrespectful.

My car was towed here after an accident, then was stolen from their “secure” lot!! Found it very odd that they left the key in a vehicle that was drivable. The owner also had told the insurance company 4 days after it was taken he saw it driving around…. End of story my car is now totaled because it was so filled with used needles and drug paraphernalia it has been declared a biohazard.

Towing service was fine, even though I had to ask where it was being towed, driver did not communicate with me at all. My car got broken into at their lot, items stolen from vehicle. Office staff was not concerned, even ignored me when I stated it.

Terrible company. Assured us that only their company towed cars on our street and that Handys was not involved, only for us to find a Handys tow truck moving our car later that night to a Handys lot. Not to be trusted.

I was told by starlink that they would be here in 60 to 90 minutes. I would NEVER CALL THESE PPL AGAIN IT TOOK THEM OVER 3 HOURS TO GET TO ME. My car locked me out and my car ran for 4 hours thank God I had gas in it.1/4 tank gas gone. Call someone else you will get better service.

They were quick to the same to pick up my car once I was in an accident. They were extremely professional at the lot and even reminded me to grab my tag before my car was totaled out! Very helpful through the whole unfortunate event.

I've now used Spillaine's towing and winching service a few times and these guys are great! Kevin showed up on time and went right to work. my camper trailer was stuck in the mud about 300 feet from the road ...the entire distance to my camper was deep clay mud and Kevin trudged through the mud and got my camper out efficiently. there was no wasting time, no additional charges, and excellent polite service. I feel Kevin did a great job, he was respectful professional and no messing around ...straight to the job until it was finished. We've all heard negative things about towing services.... Both my experiences have been excellent and professional I'm grateful...they saved my butt today. Thanks Kevin

Nothing bad about them. My car was parked at "no parking here to corner '" It was only barely over the sign and I had only parked there for an hour! I asked meter maid where my car was and she told me she had it towed?!! $95. And a ticket for $75!! Only good experience was Spillane's only charged me the $95!

Cannot seem to get any help with my situation, my car was towed. And Noone contacted me for months an then they didn't want to work with me, even though my car was used without my permission and crashes into a ravine an left.

I've contacted them twice about getting a large abandoned trailer left illegally on our church parking lot removed, but no one shows up or contacts me. The trailer has been there over a week blocking parking spaces and we need it gone. I guess we'll have to try someone else. Disappointing.
