Was on a ski trip and saw a transmission fluid leak /burn smell. Had to drive 6 hours home and didn’t want that to go unchecked. Went to see Al and he immediately put the truck up to check it and found the problem. He didn’t have the part to fix it so he called the local dealership service center for us so we could head straight there to get it fixed. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’d bring my car here for regular service if it wasn’t 300 miles from home!
They fixed my issue efficiently. I had some tire trouble on the interstate but I was able to make it on the donut to this shop. They immediately fixed my tire, charged a very reasonable price, and had me back on the road in very little time.
Cannot thank Albert and his team enough for the thorough and incredible work! 5 stars.
Great place to go if you need anything fixed.
Great quality of work and even better service. We were traveling through the area and had an emergency repair needed to save our vacation. Albert went out of his way to help us out. Could not have asked for better service.
$107 for a vt state inspection, 2x the rate of others, I should have asked first, he seemed like an honest guy, man was I wrong. When I asked why its 3 x rate of Midus the answer was "well we have to buy the equipment" , my thoughts, so does everyone else. I guess he makes his money from out of state work.
I made an appointment two weeks ago to get brakes done. I call on the day of my appointment and ask what was a good time to come in and the lady just says come in before 12pm . So I walk in on the day of my appointment at 8am and the guy asks " so what's wrong with your vehicle?" I said "oh I just need new break pads." He then says "your gonna need more than just brake pads." I told him "my rotors are probably fine I just need brake pads." He interrupt's me in an aggressive tone saying "Nope Nope Nope! We do pads and rotors all in one, that's the way it works! Its 700 out the door!" I look at him and say I don't have 700 I just wanted brake pads. He then says "well I need to look at it to see what it needs, then the parts probably wont be here until a few days!" Then I ask how long it would take he goes off on me saying "I cant look at it now I have to work on a bunch of other peoples cars!" I said "I made this appointment two weeks ago." Then he starts going off saying he has no workers and that he has to hire illegal aliens to work and nobody wants to work. I understand the frustrations but why did you waste my time making this appointment? Appointments should be made for a set time. You don't just tell everyone to show at 8am right? that's not how appointments work! I show up early and then what? you have me wait around town with no vehicle all day? who wants to wait around all day on there day off? completely unorganized taking his frustrations out on customers and yelling, really unprofessional! Also from my experience in cars you do not always have to relace the rotors if its still good, that just costs more money! seriously just gonna learn to do it myself its not worth being ripped off and yelled at! Update... I took my vehicle to midas, and they said my Roters were perfectly fine, and they just replaced my break pads without question they were extremely kind to me, and it was inexpensive.
What a bunch of great guys ready to get done whatever needs doing...was having a tire issue and they resolved the matter in a timely fashion and got us taken care of to make a date we set and we're not wanting to miss out on. Good job fellas
