I called in a panic, and the young lady was gracious and reassured me they could help. Being from Mass they got me right in, talked with me , fixed the issue safely for me to get back home. Charged me more than a fair price. If you are local I recommend very highly you give them a try. If your not a local and are in the area and in need a services call them first. They will treat you with respect and fairness. 5 stars all the way. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

We were visiting from out of town and woke up to find out rear window shattered. I called the shop and Albert told us we can bring it in he and would be able to "button up" the window so we could make our 6 hr trip home. When we arrived he took us right in and in a short time we were able to get on with our day . We also made it home without incident.

They charged my wife $20 more than quoted to install her winter wheels without providing a reason for the price increase. They also forgot to check tire pressure after installing the wheels. There are plenty of auto shop options in town and I do not recommend this one.

Rough patches on I87 caused a slight rattle to turn into a major rattle on our trip from Maryland to Vermont. Wanted to have that addressed before heading back. Owners of the B&B in Waterbury suggested we take it to the repair shop in Waterbury. The owner diagnosed the problem easily…damaged catalytic converter heat shield. He put our car up on the lift right away (No waiting!) and repaired the issue with a hose clamp. He also did a quick underbody inspection and suggested some other issues he saw. And the price he charged us was beyond reasonable. He’s also a friendly guy! Can’t thank him enough for taking care of our problem before heading home!

Emergency service.drove up from RI and strange noice started just as we arrived at hotel. Next day called several stations to see if they could help and Waterbury service was the only one that made an attempt to help. He made our repairs in record time. We didn’t miss any of our planned activities and pricing was great as well.
