We brought our Subaru ascent in for a transmission recall, Jesse took care of us he was great to deal with! Upon the technicians multi point inspection they found multiple issues adding up to the thousands of dollars for repairs. Jesse took the time to find that our car had a 60k mile power train warranty we did not even know about and we had 59,860 miles so everything was covered! They gave us a loaner car made sure we were comfortable in it for the time repairs took. All around excellent experience and we will absolutely be return customers!

Had a great experience at SJS I worked with ROSE WOOD who was a dream to do business with! The reason for 4 stars was that after leaving the dealership with my new to me used car we were heading home my tire sensor failure light came on! 12-8 a week and one day I had to wait to bring it in to be serviced and I had TWO failed tire sensors that had to be replaced HEATHER in the service department was a dream to deal with as well. Now I'm all fixed and can give 5🌟

My experience with buying a car at St.J Subaru was excellent.Buying can be stressful and a bit overwhelming.The staff there seem to understand this and really go all out to make the experience pleasant, informed and professional.My sales lady even called me post purchase to inquire into how I was getting on with my new car.She asked if I needed any assistance or had any questions or concerns. These people really seem to have it right. I would definately recommend St.J Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a Subie.

I had a wonderful car buying experience 2 months ago at St. J’s with Jerry and Justin. I purchased a manual transmission 2019 Impreza with 70K miles in September 2023, and always felt like they were being straight forward and honest with me. I paid for an extended warranty, and ended back up at the dealer today with brake pads and rotors that needed replacing. My warranty didn’t cover these things, but when I pointed out I’d only had the car 2 months, Heather, who is also wonderful, went to talk to the service manager, and then let me know they’d cover the cost because “We’ll keep our promise to you.” I will be a repeat customer after this and recommend them to anyone looking for a new Subaru in Vermont.

First time Subaru owner and first time getting my Crosstrek serviced. Luckily this St J location is the closet Subaru service center to my house and I feel very lucky. The customer service is excellent, waiting room is comfortable, and the servicing itself is very efficient - I was told 1.5 hours, turned out to be less than an hour and they even cleaned my car. Highly recommend this location for all your Subaru needs!
