Wonderful dealership! Extremely friendly staff and my sales guy Brian went above and beyond to make my buying experience pleasant. I mean where else do they send you a fully personalized video walk-through of the vehicle you expressed an interest in and haven't gone to see in person yet? I judge an auto dealership by their service department. Having had numerous negative experiences at multiple auto dealerships in Vermont, that has not been the case with Nucar of St. Albans, Vermont. I was extremely impressed by their customer service. Polite, honest, and attentive about updates on service work. Their work on my 2021 F150 was 5 star . This is the second time that I have visited them in 2 years. Each time this was the case, I highly recommend Nucar and I will be purchasing my future vehicles at Nucar. Old school treatment of customers is the only way to run a business, they are number 1 in my book. Thank you guys and may God bless each and everyone of you.

I brought my Jeep in for Spring changeover, tires, inspection, etc. Nucar was on it! Chad called first thing in the am to let me know I needed new summer tires due to wear and tear and a few other minor items. He called me with questions, kept me included, and my Jeep was ready sooner than anticipated. They even brought it back to me at home when it was ready. Great service, great folks! Highly recommend them for your next new/used vehicle and service.

While I don't love how many times I've had to visit the service center with my new Expedition, the local team is always friendly and does an excellent job! My only "issue" is I'd love a few more work station type places in the waiting room for those wanting to work on laptops- it's a tiny thing in what is otherwise a very comfortable and clean waiting area. Update: Here I am, back again, and the team was super welcoming as usual and offered 2 different places for me to work on my laptop. I chose the table in the showroom and enjoyed the music (really!) and it was a perfect place to get some work done while waiting. I can't wait to see the new building!

Just leased my 2024 Wrangler with Nucar and I’ll definitely be back. The team was kind, straight forward, and quick. I spoke with Timothy Saturday morning, the Jeep I wanted was transported to the St. Albans location and I was driving away by Thursday afternoon. The paperwork took about an hour and a half and I was out of there. There was no stalling, no small talk, and they had everything in order and ready for me. First time that’s ever happened to me in a dealership and it was refreshing! 10/10 recommend if you aren’t the type of person who wants to do the dance and would rather get in and get out.
