Just purchased a vehicle with the help of salesman Tim Little. Went in for an hour or so to test drive a vehicle I wanted. Tim had it pulled up front and ready to go. Talked some numbers and such and left. A couple phone calls later we had struck a deal. Went back for about an hour on Tuesday did the paper work. And picked it up Wednesday morning after they detailed it and fueled it up. Tim it was a pleasure working with you and the guys at Nucar! Easiest car buying experience ever. Absolutely the best Ford service department if you're in Northern Vermont. Nucar Ford service is the only one I will use not only personally but for our business fleet. Joe Barney the service advisor is extremely knowledgeable in his field always makes me feel like a VIP and has the best communication by far of any service advisor I've dealt with. The technician team at new car is top notch as well. Always able to diagnose the problem in detail never trying to upsell us on anything we don't need. I highly recommend nucar Ford of St Albans they clearly understand that the service department makes the dealership not the sales team anybody can sell you a vehicle.

Nucar was great! I made an appt last minute and they were able to get my car in and have it done that day! Joe was pleasant and professional when talking on the phone!
