Great service and my car was ready early. Price was good too.

Will never go back again I bought tires from them last year and I remember them saying as long as I have the tires I can get changeovers for free. When they quoted me 72 I was like ok that’s fine. Then get up at the register and they’re like 112 dollars.They told me the guy misunderstood me after I told the guy I bought summers with them last year. I told them I don’t have 112 dollars I told them to put the winter tires back on they told me they end up doing it twice I said oh well. If I had known the price I would have kept my winter tires on and went to my own garage. All the customers heard me! So they came back and started taking prices off! It came to 60 dollars I was like that’s more like it. They I told them before I was keeping my winter tires get out to my car and they weren’t there went back in and said excuse me I said I was keeping my winter tires he’s like I know I am going to get them. I was going to put them in the car myself I was so mad. The guy said I will put them in your car.

The worst place to got for anything!!!!! I needed tires and an oil change. They never called and I drove over an hour for the appointment that they canceled and rescheduled a month away. I finally went back to the appointment and they couldn't see me and wanted to reschedule again. Bit some woman made an appointment on line for the same time and took presidency over me the customer that has been loyal to them and waited for my tires and missed work because I couldn't drive a prius on a dirt road in snowy weather wo tires.

Good customer service, quick turnaround, wasn't aware of their finger tight lugnut policy.

They never pick up their phone and the last time I got an oil change they left a wrench under my hood. Also when they sold me a battery the one they sold me was the wrong one for my car.

Historically we've had good luck with service at the Walmart Auto Center with quick service and appointment availability. Not this year. They're overbooked, understaffed, & the people working there are just down right rude to customers. Would give less than one star if possible and will not do business with them again.

Worst customer service. After calling for several days without anyone answering, we finally managed to get an appointment to change our tires. When we got there this morning they informed us all appointments were canceled and they were closing for the day. We drove 30 mins to get here. A phone call to inform us in advance would have been nice. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

I’m genuinely confused. Your online schedule says you can book at 6 pm-7pm. I work Monday through Friday from 8-5 pm so this time was perfect. I didn’t get a call saying to reschedule. I didn’t get an email that said to reschedule. I got nothing but an appointment stating that my spot would be held for 15 minutes. I got here at 5:45 only to see the door locked and no one in automotive. I work 40 minutes away from here and I had to rush to get here on time only to see you all closed??? Please take down the times you’re not here. You’re wasting everyone’s time by putting in slots that don’t exist.

Guy at the desk was very short tempered, was not helpful at all, AND he didn't have much knowledge of my vehicle (2008 subaru forrester) and had a hard time finding parts for my vehicle. Next time, I will take my chances sitting for hours/rescheduling for a later date at a reputable garage for the next time my vehicles need something!! Hands down, I won't ever recommend walmart Auto center ever again, but what I will do, is tell people to steer clear of that place..

Had to stop here on my way to Montreal (was catching a flight) because I had low tire pressure warning. Thankfully this place was open on a Sunday. Ended up being a faulty valve, but these gentlemen were great in assisting me, and helping me despite their schedule. It’s nice to know good people exist and will help you with stressful car situations. Highly recommend for their quick service and kindness.
