Matt is an amazing guy, he jumped in to help me out to fix a major mess up by Lyman's towing after I broke down on the interstate. Matt was quick to respond and went to the location that the other truck company basically dumped my car at. He is what customer service looks like. Thank you for having integrity in business and actually trying your best to make sure you take care of the customer. You do what you say and that goes a long way for me!!!! God bless you and thanks for helping turn this nightmare around

Allstate came through when no one else could. We tried everyone in the area on a rainy Sunday and Matt from Allstate worked with us and connected us with another company, Legendary, and was able to get us a tow in 25 minutes. We are so thankful and grateful to both companies. Above and beyond with the service! Thank you Matt and Rand SO much.

Mike is amazing, he not only saved us for the highway but he went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. One of the nicest guys I've met in the industry. I would recommend him to anyone and his card has found a home in my wallet for life! Merry Christmas Mike, thank you again so much.

Great experience .Matt was awesome with towing my rav 4 from my house to the dealership for repairs and for a great price .
We called early morning for assistance with a car that wouldn't start with regular jumper cables and Matt came out with the truck and got us going within a half hour. I'm super happy, it was painless, and will definitely call again when I am in need of some assistance with our cars!
