Fine gentleman. My wife locked her keys in the car and this guy was there in less than 30 minutes. Made her feel safe and handled the situation. Even had fun joking around with me on the phone. 100/10 cause he deserves more than just a ten. Highly recommend for all your towing and emergency needs. That's how business should be done. People could learn a lot from guys like him.

Wow! Matt came out to tow our yard truck which hadn't started on weeks. He repaired it and called to let us know it was all set within 24 hours. When I asked whatever maintenance it repairs the truck needed to get a few more years out of it, he let me know he could get the work done quickly and promised it would hold up for a few more years. Our usual local mechanic can't even get to us until after Christmas. This yard truck is our lifeline in the winter, as we live on a hill up a very steep driveway- that no one is willing to plow. Not only did Matt tow, repair and then tow it back for us, he didn't charge me for the tow. I am so very grateful as it is just before Christmas and taxes are also due. Thank you All-State, you will be hearing from us for all our future repairs.

You know when you happen upon a real gem of a business, and the owner is just so impossibly great that you almost don't want to tell anyone else about it? Well, ALL-STATE TOWING & AUTO is that business, and MATT is that guy. For 25+ years I've lived in a little cabin up a short, steep, ego-breaking driveway on a Class IV Vermont road, so believe me when I say I know the area's tow services. After all these years, I can safely say with full confidence that ALL-STATE TOWING & AUTO IS HANDS-DOWN THE BEST. And I'm not even talking about regular pull-me-out-of-the-ditch stuff. Today's online marketplace means that businesses can quickly & easily buy all kinds of heavy equipment online - but the logistics of transport are more complicated. Not anymore. When I needed someone to pickup and deliver a 10,000 forklift on a weekend morning, Matt was prompt, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. When I called him again to see if he could do a last minute next day pickup & deliver of another forklift located much farther away, not only was he able to do it AND deliver payment to the seller, he took the time to inspect the equipment purchase to make sure we weren't getting ripped off - AND when he delivered it to us, he gave us excellent advice on what things we'd need to inspect and fix to ensure that our lift would run well. !!! In short: MATT IS AMAZING. And I wouldn't even be writing this review because now you're all going to call him and his business is going to blow up, but seriously: When was the last time you met a tow truck operator whom you'd trust 100% to drive off with a wad of your cash to negotiate a deal with a random person hours away??? ALL-STATE = ALL AWESOME. End of story.

Visiting from Texas and had an unfortunate event with a rental car. After waiting over 5 hours for another company to come pick me and car up my rental company finally contacted All-State Towing and Matt delivered immediately. Gave me a call as soon as he heard and got to me as fast as he could. No false promises like with the other company. Once he arrived he showed nothing but great customer service and on the long drive to get a replacement rental he kept great company. After what I endured between the car, rental company and other towing group Matt made my day by just being a good genuine person! Thank you Matt!

BY FAR the best customer service I have ever received since moving to New England. In fact, I'd be so bold to say it is unmatched. I am convinced Matt is an earth-angel, because he saved my buns this weekend. He was unbelievably kind and respectful, and he gave me very fair pricing. Service was prompt and he wasted no time taking care of my Chevy. He delivered on his word and communicated the entire process to me to help me feel better about my stranded vehicle and how he could easily help me fix it. It was like working with a dear friend. I highly recommend! I truly don't believe you'll find another professional with as much wisdom and empathy as Matt of All-State Towing & Auto. I was recently in the Vermont and New Hampshire area during Labor Day weekend (visiting from Maryland) and had a near catastrophic truck breakdown. I was looking at weeks of waiting (and weeks of missing work) and looking at spending tons of money to get it fixed! I called Matt at Allstate Towing and not only did he tow my car on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend and give me a ride to the rental car office, but he also asked his mechanic to come in on Labor Day Sunday to fix my truck! All that and his pricing was insanely reasonable!!!! It was done by Sunday afternoon and I was back on the road and home to Maryland the next day (he even texted me on my drive home to make sure everything was running smooth)! Matt and his guys were a true godsend. I can’t recommend Allstate Towing enough, there is literally no reason to call anyone else in the area if you need any type of service for your vehicle! Thanks again Allstate, you guys are the best and went above and beyond for no other reason then you are good honest people! Next time I’m up there beers are on me!

Mark and Matt saved the day! My battery died at a friends house. Called All-State and Mark arrived 30 minutes later- just as he said he would. He gave it the ole college try but couldn’t get my car to start, so he called Mark who arrived less than 5 minutes later. Together, the were able to figure out what the issue was, was able to get me back on try road with suggested next steps. Highly recommend them!

Matt totally saved me from an unnecessary tow. First of all, when I called for a tow I asked him to wait an hour to meet me, which he graciously did. When we met at my car, I explained I thought I needed a tow because earlier that day it had seemed to be overheating. He looked under the hood and listened to my description of the symptoms and told me that in fact I just needed a new battery soon. The weak battery was causing indicator lights to go wild. Who'd've thunk it? He was totally right and I was able to drive home safely and just get a new battery, not a tow and repair service. Matt even followed me on the highway and told me to pull over and he'd tow me if the engine got too hot. But it didn't. This was service above and beyond. Thank you, Matt!
