I had my engine light come on, and the car was struggling while in gear- Came out super fast to tow my car; despite these awful raining/floody conditions. As a realtor, I rely heavily on my vehicle and Matt was able to diagnose and have my car back within a few days under 500 dollars! So grateful for the responsiveness, knowledge, and quick turnaround. Today my son-in-law, daughter and two small grandchildren left RI in route back to VT. Their vehicle broke down on Rt89 in NH at the VT border. After communicating about the problem we realized the vehicle would need to be towed. My son-in-law worked on calling for a rental car and I worked on locating a tow company that would get the vehicle to Burlington Vt. One google search brought me to All-State Towing and after reading a few reviews, I called. Matt took my call and heading right out to my family without delay. The kids secured the rental and Matt picked up the vehicle and both were back in Burlington in no time. Matt and his company has outstanding customer service. I travel the same route frequently, All-State Towing will be my go to tow company if needed. If you have the misfortune of breaking down in or around the NH /VT border don’t hesitate to call this company.

Hit a deer. 30 miles from home, on the highway, in a rural area, evening, holiday weekend, nobody else is home. Are we panicking yet? Insurance sent All-State Towing. Fantastic! Matt provided service above and beyond the expected. A big thank you once again.

My alternator failed on the interstate in a rain storm and Matt showed up within 30 minutes ready to bring me and my truck home where I could fix it myself and after driving a few miles and getting to know each other a bit he offered for the same price to bring me to his shop and had someone show up with an alternator for my truck for a fraction of the cost of a new one and we put it in and he sent me on my way. Great guy and as honest as they come I would recommend All-State Towing & Auto over any other.

My week started bad and got worse when on Thrusday afternoon my vehicle would not start. After attempting to jump the vehicle myself and having it not work that evening with them trying to jump it as well they came back to tow the van to get a new battery. Thankfully Friday morning when they attempted to jump the vehicle it worked. It was towed to the location I needed with more than enough time to make the appointment for the new battery. The person is very friendly and knowledgeable, has recommendations on who would be good to use if it was electrical, and overall an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be using this service again in the future if the need ever arises and for any upcoming work to vehicles I need done.
