I was able to call in the morning and get an appointment on the spot for an oil change then there was also a recall on my car that wasn’t even announced yet that it that they were able to fix. I was in area to dropping off. My car was very simple and I got a ride to where I was going for my grandparents so I’m grateful that you guys could fit me in and that I was able to get an oil change and some other needed work.

Called to get a recall fixed on my pathfinder. The hood latch NOPE!! Cleaned and greased the area. IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED!!!! ITS A DAMN RECALL!!! They said they normally don't replace them they just clean them. I'm like you had my car for almost 3 damn hours and my hood still is almost coming up. They did an inspection on my car as well with out my knowledge. And found things that dont exist(because i just got all these things done recently like brand new rear brakes and tires) They also lied about a few other things as well. I'm not to thrilled.
