If you get a defected brand new car that breaks down when driving to a vacation destination they will leave you stranded with no help. Lesson learned, will be staying away from this dealership and quirks in manchester. Now just looking forward to getting rid of these kia’s and moving onto a more customer friendly dealership.

May 23, 2023Justin, you visited the service center on Friday at 4:45 without an appointment and requested a state inspection sticker be performed. Unfortunately we did not have a technician available, because we close at 6:00 pm and all of our technicians were working. If you would like to request an appointment, please reach out to us.
The service department isnt qualified to work on a lawn mower let alone a car.Ive been there a few times for vehicle recalls one being a water pump recall and they forgot to refill with coolant.Went right back and they put 3 gallons in it.Another to reprogram a body control module,they accidentally deleted some of the trucks accessory functions, swore they did nothing wrong until one of the other mechanics said he knows what the 1st mechanic did wrong and fixed his mistake.Bought a brand new dually truck,brought it in for a vibration issues with just over 500 miles on it and they said there is nothing they can do because I didnt bring it back in within 48 hours of buying it. Horrible! Ill have to travel further to another Dodge dealer who doesnt give me the run around and who is qualified to do the repairs.

This was my third time getting service at this center and each time I was told the incorrect amount of time to complete the job. The first two times I waited for over 4 hours in the dealership for the service to be completed. There were no loaner cars available anytime I have gone and was not updated at any time while waiting. I asked for updates and waited a long time for them, questions about the service went unanswered and most of the time an update couldn't be given because they couldn't locate the car. Will not be returning

Prices are disgusting. There’s no benefit of being a loyal customer to these clowns. Unless you want to bring your car in and out, chase them for information, and get taken advantage of, then steer clear. No pun intended there.
