Want to give a big thank you to Kyle at the desk. Watching him run the store by himself with a waiting room full of customers he got everything done and everyone seemed happy. I will be coming back just because of the service provided

My tire was losing air, so I went to Midas on S. Broadway in Salem, NH. Dan, the regional manager, was absolutely amazing. What I loved most was that he broke down all the scenarios of which to fix the problem and then left it up to me and my husband to make the decision that would be best for my family. He did not push me in either direction (there was a quick fix and a long-term fix that was more expensive). He was super honest with all of the information. I am in awe at how nicely and FAIRLY they treated me. Just because of that -- I will be back here to do the long-term fix when I have the finances.
