Very customer focused. Needed brakes done up, but had an appointment to get to in Portsmouth mid afternoon. The store manager, Jeffery, drove and picked up the parts then and there so they could get my service done in time for me to leave on time. Also take the time to show you in person any issues with your car while in the shop. Highly recommend this Midas.

Jeff at Midas is the Man he got my Brother Brake lights to work at no cost to my Brother. My Brother and I replaced the light bulbs I still had no brake lights

came in for an oil change and came back with a propsected 3500$ bill saying my car is not safe. saleman trying to upsell me on a bunch of repairs that I dont need. salesman gave the exact same pitch to another customer near verbatim. please dont fall for the scam

The location in Salem, nh is amazing! Jeff was extremely helpful and took my car to see if he could fix my tires! The mechanics were fast and efficient! It was a great experience

I had no brake lights could not figure out what was wrong had Jeff look at he got everything working faster than I thought it would take I go to that Midas for all my car work very friendly would highly recommend

The new owner, Dan, and manager, Jeffrey, are great. They did a thorough inspection with my oil change. Jeffrey showed me on my car what exactly was wrong. The front struts needed done. Jeffrey asked when I had them done. He suggested I go back where I had them done if they have a lifetime warranty. I called while there, they did, and I made an appointment. Dan overheard this. He worked out the warranty on my struts with the manufacturer and had them done here, no problem. Dan said it was dangerous to drive and didn't want anything to happen to me. They are my place to go for my car.
