Great customer service. Easy to understand . Didn't talk down to me using technical jargon. Appreciated the addressing of my concerns and not pressuring to upsell. Very good experience! A little better than the old management and they were very good to me and my family's cars!

I had my rear brakes done and Jeff, the associate on the front desk, was hugely helpful in finding a way to pay for them when they were more expensive than I thought. He was patient, explained the different options and just plain kind. Customer service can be lacking these days but Jeff was great. He's the perfect representative of what service for the customer should be. Midas is lucky to have him representing their company. Thank you Jeff!!!

Excellent staff and service. An overall pleasant experience, not rushed, no pressure. The face of this experience is Jeff. He is a true professional and very knowledgeable. The technicians are very good also in explaining what needed doing. Very efficient.
