I’ve been servicing my Toyota at this location a few times. The mechanic work is ok, but the customer service is horrible. The lady named Jo was extremely rude to me. All I did was to nicely correct her when she said my name wrong twice, and she gave me an attitude. This is not how an employee should treat a customer. The prices are ridiculously high too. I don’t recommend this place.

My wife and I both bought our vehicles here and have them serviced here. Everyone here is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything from shopping and purchasing to dealing with service and parts (to discuss accessories in planning to add) has been a wonderful experience. Alex, our salesperson was awesome and always stops to say hello whenever he sees us at the dealership. Highly recommend this dealership. It isn't the closest dealership to me, but my parents had a good experience here, and my wife and I have a well. They're worth the drive.

Love the place. Friendly respectful staff. Vehicle is running like a charm, and returned ahead of schedule. I love that they provide transportation home and back. Costlier that my previous shop, but costs are up everywhere so hard to be sure it wouldn't be the same anywhere else.

This place is fantastic and here is another example. I had an Check AWD light come on. I figured if just drop it at the dealership and they'd get to it when they got to it. So I showed up at the dealership 45 minutes before closing. The gentleman at the desk came out to take a look, plugged in the diagnostic computer, pushed a couple of buttons, told me what the issue was, fixed it and I was on my way in 5 minutes. This is just another example of why I won't go anywhere else to service my Toyota and a good part of the reason I keep buying Toyotas.
