Has a decent waiting room once you figure out where everything is. I'd prefer more outlets and/or cubicles like the Subaru dealer in Nashua but this beats everything else in Salem and my vehicle is a Ford truck.
Why are all dealerships so expensive 😫 😒. This hrly rate situation gotta stop climbing... Nice people. Great service 👏. Mission complete, only alot more than expected.
Excellent attitude in the service dept. Very smooth process. Brought my wife with another car thinking it would be a half aday . He told me 45 mins. Tops! In 45 mins. He was out in waiting rm to get me! Now that is outstanding to me! Thank you to all that helped me
