I went for my oil change appointment. When I arrived, I was told that they were out of conventional oil, and they only had synthetic. Then, they had the audacity to try and charge me full price for that! I balked and got a discount. This will be my first and last appointment with this place!!!

I know everything as far as cost has gone crazy since COVID,but got great service from vip . I usually do the work my self but I think I'm going to let these guys do it for know on.

Had a flat tire during lunch, called to see if they could get me in, not only did they get me in but they took the time to explain everything to me, as well as fix my car before the end of the day in a timely manner. Very good customer service, Mark Small was very nice in helping me throughout the day.

Went there because they were open later and Town Fair was already closed. One of my tires had a hole in it so I brought that one wheel in to get a new tire put on it. Guy behind the counter said since it was an all-wheel drive car I had to replace all four tires so they would match for over $800. Really?? Been working on cars for many years and last I knew if the sizes were exactly the same it wouldn't be a problem but they wouldn't have any of that even though the other three tires on the car were brand new a month ago. He didn't even bother going out to look at the other tires on the car to verify they were new or match the brand. He said that if the other three tires were even worn the slightest amount it could ruin the transaxle. Absolutely untrue. That's like saying if one tire had a couple less pounds of air the transaxle will let go. Silly. I remember when VIP used to be the place to go and I got everything for my vehicles there. Too bad. Went to Walmart and they put one right on.

Every single VIP customer deserves nothing less than trustworthy, professional service, Paul Steer. We’re disappointed that your experience did not measure up to this. On an AWD vehicle, it is recommended that the difference between tread depths is no more than 2/32nds, and this warning and recommendation should also be in your owner's manual. However, it is important to note in this exchange, that we dealt with your son and you were not the customer present, and our team members did look at the tires and noted that they were a Walmart-exclusive brand that we didn't have a match for and recommended that the customer (your child) get the match from Walmart so that they didn't need to buy 4 tires. I had an appointment for 4 p.m. to swap my girlfriends snow tires on rims out for her regular also on rims, and an oil change. It took 2 hours. I watched from the parking lot for an hour. the " technician " ripped off some plastics from underneath, tossed it on the ground, didn't reinstall it, never mentioned it either. I asked the manager to retrieve the piece for me. He did and said it wasn't important, it is, it's a shield. I was never consulted about . Never going back. Edit air pressure sensor went on after a day. Very infective people. And also didn't update the sticker with the mileage.
