Typically always have what I need. Some of the staff are great, others I could do without.

Helpful staff and good selection of parts on-site. Have to deal with a lot of coupons to get a good deal, ordering online seems to offer better discounts.

Really disappointed with management here. We bought an alternator for my husband's truck here and the truck still didn't work. We brought the truck to a very reputable mechanic who said the alternator was faulty and replaced it again and got his truck working. We returned the alternator to Advance Auto and since it tested 'good' in their machine, they refused to take it back. It obviously doesn't work, or our truck would have worked when it was installed. So now, we are out $184 dollars and the store manager refused to allow the return. Not worth the chance to buy other auto parts here...if you can't return faulty merchandise, it's not good. UPDATE - RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY: We spent 10-15 min in the store today trying to work this out. The employee helping us went back to talk to the manager and was told by the manager he couldn't refund us. Our reputable (by your clerk's admission) mechanic was the one who told us the alternator was faulty and to return it for a refund.

I needed a new battery on a cold Sunday afternoon. Both employees were very helpful in helping me get the correct battery and installing it for me. They even gave my dog biscuits. Excellent customer service. Will be going here for all my car needs.
