Panel gaps and broken clips, brought it back and they did nothing to remedy the issues.

On their paper to sign, it says "Be told things as needed." Despite this, they didn't think after being told "I lose $300 a day and I'm desperate," to say hey "before we can even get to it for a few weeks, we are going to take it apart." Kinda important right? I thought it was just needing to replace the doors. They cost me thousands and when I asked them to kindly put it back together because I never would've approved of this. Due to them saying you have an appointment today, but apparently I was 100 in line?! That's not how appointments go. I show up, you fix it. Not take it apart weeks before when you aren't fixing it possibly causing the person who was frantic about doing this speedily. Agreed to a week and half because I had no choice. Then it almost took 3 weeks. That's $6200 they cost me and I even told them I needed it so I didn't get evicted and/or lose my insurance and car. They laughed and showed 0 compassion despite their egregious errors. Didn't follow their own rules of communicating when necessary, first come first serve, and they laughed?! These people shouldn't be in business. Toxic af.

Mar 23, 2024Shinta, My name is Dan and I am one of the owners at Eastern. Could you please contact me to discuss your repair? I'm unaware of any paper you signed that is written, “Be told things as needed”. We do not have the ability to know what parts are available, or when we may see them till ordered. The vehicles are dissembled when they arrive allowing us to see all damaged parts to order. With your doors being damaged, we cannot disassemble them and put them back on to wait for parts. This would be unsafe; I would not allow it and the insurance company will not pay for this process to be done 2 times. All dealerships are connected through parts networks. If the part is unavailable at our dealer, they try to locate them for us. If on backorder, we have to wait till it is shipped to our dealer. All of us at Easter, are trying to repair all the vehicles as fast as safely possible. We have had vehicles that have had to stay here waiting for a seatbelt for 3 months. They cannot be released. My apologies if your repair took longer than we all would like, but some things are out of our control. Please contact me to discuss this matter. Thank you, Dan.,
OWNER: Please, have your colleagues park their vehicles farther back away from the stop sign located on Silver/Willow St as it is causing accidents due to no visibility of incoming traffic from one-way Willow St. In terms of repairs, I wish turn around time was quicker so customers don't have to wait 2 weeks for parts THEN more time for repair. Feb 23, 2024Angela, My apologies for the parking arrangements. We are trying our best to deliver vehicles as soon as possible. We do not have any more room to park. We will try to do our best to open the area of the road you are talking about. As for the repair time, we can only repair the vehicles we have when we receive parts. The faster we repair them, the better it is for everyone involved. The part situation has been bad for 3 years now and I too would like that resolved. It took 3 months to receive a seat belt for a customers vehicle. Please know we are doing everything we can to return everyone's vehicle as fast as possible. Actually, so far I feel a little disappointed. After a month and days waiting for the appointment, (which we had been informed in the pre-crash review that the parts would be ordered) we have almost two weeks of waiting, with nothing specific yet. We know that it happens because we call, we insist (select in the form to update the jobs, not at all). In the future, I will update, whenever the completion of the work happens. In the meantime, the rented car continues to accumulate days. Thank you very much! [Update] Despite the wait, the end was SPECTACULARLY IMPRESSIVE, an impeccable job and well done. I would definitely take my vehicles to that place. (Even if they take longer than desired) Thank you very much for everything, good job!

Kevin senior is very, very rude. Very impolite cursing swearing, yelling. I don't see why you keep him. He's a complete douchebag. I'd rather be towed by precision or performance than deal with him. They are a 100 times better than you guys.
I have been a customer of Eastern Auto Body for years, and they always outdo themselves ! Service is great , polite, and efficient . Workmanship is excellent and warranted . Thank you to all who worked on the accident repairs of my jeep 🚙 I'm so happy to have my vehicle back in a reasonable time frame.
My experience with eastern auto body has been honestly the easiest, most smooth car repair place that I have ever dealt with, and Nate is by far probably the best person to speak to when it comes to questions or anything like that but I do recommend if you’re going through insurance, I would go through eastern auto body

Great job on my Mazda! We had a miscommunication with a bumper install and also a minor color mismatch originally. Dan got it taken care of. They replaced it with the OEM bumper and you can't even tell the difference from the original factory install bumper.
