Zak's always takes care of us, gives us the service we need and does not try to add on things that we do not need. Good people who actually care about taking care of you & your car.
I am very pleased with experience at Zaks Auto;my car is running Great again. The technician did a great job diagnosing and repairing the issues and Julia was a pleasure to work with and kept me posted on the status each time my car was in the shop.
The work was done as promised and they kept me informed along the way. Also, they spoke with me at pickup about watching another issue explaing how by waiting they could diagnose the problem more accurately.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and considerate!
We had a miscommunication at first time. But then Jake was very helpful and took care of my car. I`m still testing drive but is notable the difference on my car. Torque is amazing now!!! Thank You Zaks Auto!! 2013 Vw CC VR6
