Excellent service. Friendly, professional, affordable rates.
They replaced 4 fuel injectors for $270 labor & never put the boot on number 4. I noticed immediately it was nworse than when I brought it there. How they didn't notice that when they started it is beyond me.teribble sloppy unprofessional. Their attitude sucks also When I stated the car was running worse now than when I brought it in his reply was " It was running bad when you bought in! Duh

May 24, 2023This is unfortunate. This customer did contact us and was very upset. I spoke with him and accepted full responsibility for the issue. Our technician made a mistake and did not have the spark plug boot fastened completely to the spark plug and the wire fell off. We owned it and asked what we could do to make it right. The customer requested a partial refund of his repair cost and we gave him the exact amount he request back with no questions asked. Our attitude is bad because I asked him to apologize to my wife for raising his voice and shaking his finger at her when he stopped in to talk to me and I was out of the shop. She assured him we do not do business that way and that I would contact him as soon as I could and did that as soon as I returned.
