I blew a rod in my engine in NC and had to tow it back to NH. After calling multiple shops and having them all tell me it would be at least 5k to repair or replace I brought it to Joes Family Car Care. He was very compassionate and took the time to look for recalls on my car and alternative solutions. The people there are very kind, willing to listen to your concerns, and very well informed. I would recommend anyone to go to Joes if you’re having issues and want to be heard/ respected.
Had my rotors done, they had it done within 2 hours. scott was really helpful
Amazing service, highly recommend. I was on a trip up north and my car broke down. They worked me first thing into their schedule and got me home for the holidays. Can't thank them enough.

Excellent service and very honest.
They do really great work here, and are very reliable. They've always been communicative about what needs work and what is or isn't necessary work. Prices of course can be a bit much if you have a car that needs regular repairs, but the work is always quality. On a personal note, I've always felt comfortable and respected here, now more than ever. They've been friendly and understanding to me for the entire 5+ years I have been coming here.

Arguably the best family and private owned Garage in the upper valley. The entire crew from reception to technicians, management, down to the owners are just plain good at what they do! They got me out of a bind when the manufacture/dealership was unable to. Phil and Scott are a dying breed. You never get the feeling they are just trying to upsell stuff you don't need. You ALWAYS get the feeling they are there to help and make your automotive issues disappear! Thanks everyone at Joe's!

I appreciate them plugging a tire same day but paying an equal amount to have my spare replaced is ridiculous! Especially since the tire came to them off the car all ready to fix. Ask if you plan to charge $25 to do a 2 minute or less job! Bad!
