Quality repair shop, busy for a reason

I've received great service at Joe's. Ive been in twice. Once for exhaust work, and today for brake replacement. Scott is informative, they fix my car in a timely manner, and the woman working in the office is exceptionally nice. I will definitely return as needed.

Customers truly depend on their mechanic, as living without your vehicle is tough in today's world So I want a mechanic/ a shop that is dependable, honest, and who cares if you’re safe driving your vehicle. It’s obvious that Scott likes helping people. He has great customer service, great work ethic and He has the experience and know how to diagnose problems. I really appreciate Scott and his shop; so much, that I drive 3 hours one way to get there. They are honest people. Marcia J

Easy access, friendly staff, highly recommend

When I first had it looked at #6 cylinder had a broken valve, they fixed that, which I was very happy about although it cost a lot of money, then in less than 8 months I had a problem again in the same cylinder with a broken spring on the cylinder. So I agreed for a used motor. When I received my truck back my elec. didn't work so well ,ie hood latch would say it was open and not, radio would do crazy things and come to find out the ground wires were not hook up. Then my transmission dip stick was broken, at first I thought it was cut but they told me they didn't cut it. But they put a clamp on the cut rubber piece they put there. They didn't cut but they broke it, they weren't wrong about cutting it. I know this because they were the only ones that worked on the motor. I have pictures

A nice place to wait until car is done. Don't keep you guessing what they did to service your car, they explain everything they did.

I had to get a new key ordered, cut, and programmed. My wife had a really good experience here a few months ago, so I decided to use them as well. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. I honestly didn't know the process for getting one of these keys made, or I wouldn't have brought my dog as they needed to get in and ensure everything works. Phil went out and made a new friend with our pup. Everything checked out, I was on my way. Highly recommend.
