I have been using Keegan for about 5 years, until now. I've had brakes, tires, rotations, and regular services done. I recently took my van in for an oil change, rotation, and state inspection. on an earlier service a check engine light was noted and "documented". During my inspection the check engine light was still activated, indicating a failed fuel rail pressure sensor. After they called the wrong phone number, i had to call and check on the progress. They said the part was hard to find, and my engine was taken apart, and it might take up to 7 days to repair!?? I was without my car for 5 days, finally, they called and said it was done and I could pick it up. When I picked up my car, it was still "rejected due to check engine light on, after 5 days in the shop and over $400.00 in parts and labor, but no sticker!!! Then Mike said " You will have to take it to the dealership, we coudn"t figure this out.". I was confused and mad, my total bill at Keegan was $574, and I paid Chrysler Of Portsmouth $275 to properly wire my new parts, it took them 15 min!!!!!!!!!! I went back to Keegan for my Sticker yesterday, I told Tammy that I had to pay $275 to the dealer after I paid Keegan $575 and was without vehicle for a week, and that I wasn't happy. Her response was, QUOTE " I have to pay my guys.". ? even if they can't fix the issue?? So disappointed that they charged me, and SENT me to the dealer, how lame. I wii not return to Keegan Auto, or refer friends or family, or strangers looking for quality, honest service. PS, at oil changes they don't top off fluids! This is my real review! TC

We're sorry you feel you didn’t have a good experience in our shop, Tim. Our goal is to provide top-notch service, and your feedback helps us do better. When we ordered the part required to repair your vehicle, it took 5 days for that to come in. We addressed the original code but after the repair it generated a new code which had a bulletin to have the computer reprogrammed, which is why we referred you to the dealership to have that done. get great service knowing adults are caring for my vehicles and not the younger generation who arent as careful or even care about my vehicles . to them its a paycheck

I am no longer looking for a mechanic. Alignment and rear shocks done on two separate occasions to my 2011 Hyundai and each time the owner was courteous and did excellent work for a reasonable price. I'll be back. Brie King
