Whilst mike is a real pro and very friendly and understanding, They put my air cleaner manifold back on upside down (???) , and left debris on my engine block (one piece was a sharp bit of metal). Bill came in a little over my stated budget.

Once again, it's confirmed, Keegan's my go to mechanic shop!

I brought my vehicle in for an inspection, knowing I needed something with the brakes. My rotors were rusted due to sitting for a long period of time without being used and the engine was leaking oil in 2 spots, one of which was a major leak. After questioning why it was leaking from the locations (there was no rust on my vehicle) the staff explained what the cause was in detail. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We will be bring our vehicles here for any future services and repairs needed.

To me, Keegan Auto sets the highest standard of quality repairs and service that I've ever experienced. It starts with Kate, who treats you with genuine care and concern to get things right for you. She let me know within a day, what the issues were, what parts were required, and costs for the repairs, which came in well below other repair shops. With that in mind, I asked about the quality of the parts they use, and she said they use the closest to the original OEM parts made for my specific vehicle. They will even set you up with a rental car from Hertz, if needed, at a hugely discounted price. All together, I had all spark plugs and two coils replaced (due to an engine light code), and my front brakes replaced (needed to pass vehicle safety inspection). I had my car back, repaired and inspected in a day and a half. No messing around at this shop! And to top it off, within a few days I received an email from the shop owners, asking if everything was good with the repairs and service, and if I was satisfied. (Who does that, anymore?). After this long-winded review, I'll just say you can't do better than trusting your vehicle to Keegan Auto.

Super friendly and accommodating staff! My appointment wasn’t until 11 but I dropped it off in the morning and they called me at 9:30 saying it was all set! There isn’t another mechanic in the seacoast area that I would go to other than Keagon Auto!! Thanks for all the help guys !
