This place is great I definitely appreciate the level of service I have received so far and shout out to my dealer Jacob he was so professional and has great knowledge of the business and all the cars on the lot he helped me find a great deal for a great price and afterwards he’s still making sure that I’m being taking care of we great service thanks a lot to Jacob and Ford for making my year

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business. The maintenance shop was contacted for a routine recall repair. The business had my vehicle around 8 hours and then became visibly agitated after I declined to buy extra repairs from them. I come from a time when maintenance shops acknowledged recalls and repaired them, without hesitation and attitude. We did call, and disclosed that we made an appointment due to a recall. You replied that there are no open recalls, so, you just wasted our time. There isn't anything else to discuss, because there aren't any recalls according to you, so you shouldn't have scheduled an appointment, since we set it up to address a recall. Something isn't adding up, which supports my premise, that I cannot recommend this business.

I was down and out of luck when my old vehicle decided to not run properly anymore. I did not want to get into another vehicle, nor get into any payment plans. When I stopped by Portsmouth Ford, Jake assisted me with different options. He actually was able to find something and work with me on what I could afford. He was very attentive and always had a smile on his face. I didn't feel forced into anything, and that's a big plus for me! I would recommend Portsmouth Ford to everyone who is in need of a vehicle.

We had a great experience at Portsmouth Used Car Center. Our salesman Jake was great to work with, we didn't feel pressured at all and the loan process was simple and quick. Plenty of cars to choose from and their prices were very reasonable. We are very happy with our new to us car and the entire process.

Going in to my journey to find a new to me car, I knew what I wanted, so admittedly, it makes selling very easy. Even with that, the service Jake Smith provided was top notch. I entered the dealership not having a specific person to meet with, and he promptly greeted me first of all salespeople and asked great questions relative to my car search. There wasn't any talking down to me as a female, and he respected what I was looking for and why. Cars were warmed up for me (cold January days) with the heated seats and wheel turned on, and he respected my time constraints at all times. At one point over a weekend, I had a MASSIVE list of questions, and he understood each and every concern or question I had and answered easily. The day of picking up the SUV, I was not feeling well, and he respected my time there and knew it was not where I wanted to be. I also have to give a shout out to Dave who is a long time employee who was welcoming and funny. All other salespeople, when available, also seemed to be really chill and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership to purchase again, and if Jake wasn't available, I feel anyone there would be as helpful.
