Went to look at a truck and ended up leaving with something I preferred alot more. David was a great help in getting us into the truck and helping with everything we needed

I walked into the dealership for the 1st time in my life on a Monday and left that day with a great used car. Everyone was kind, helpful and funny. All of my questions and concerns were addressed honestly, not just telling me what they thought I'd want to hear. My personal salesman Dave was particularly outstanding and is worth pointing out. I previously had purchased many cars from a personal friend who is no longer in the industry, so I felt I was flying blind a little. That is until I found Dave and the fine folks down at Portsmouth Used Car Center. Would highly recommend and I will return myself and with friends and family.

I bought a car from Jacob a few months ago and he was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and willing to make our buying experience easy. Our experience was so good, we walked out with two cars that day. They also have the best customer service I’ve seen in a really long time.

I tried to buy a car there twice the second time I didn’t even get the opportunity to drive the car that I was interested in. The finance person was very rude to me. I was not treated well there. I finally narrowed it down to what I wanted and wasn’t even given the opportunity to test it. No one followed up with me as claimed. Even my friend that I brought for support ( sad to need that) was floored

Loved my experience! Jacob helped me all day and got me out with the car that night!! They are also very good about following up to make sure everything is working good! Definitely will go to them again!

Dave Bettinger at Portsmouth Ford Used Car Center was awesome. Absolutely no pressure buying a car and lots of fun to deal with. The best car buying experience I have ever had! Not only that the deals are great and they took care of me with my trade. The GM Jeremy is great too. I would suggest this dealership to anyone!

Fantastic experience with the people at Portsmouth Ford used car center while purchasing my new Ford F-250 Crew Cab. After searching dealerships in Maine, closer to my home, I found a Gold Certified truck with low mileage and a great price at Portsmouth Ford. I would recommend the dealership to everyone, and specifically to Dave Bettinger, the salesman we worked with. Dave handled our sale with professionalism and a great attitude. I would recommend these folks to everyone.
