SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. but call before you go in for any appointment you book and make sure they are going to honor that appointment (with a reasonable wait time). VIP, the technology is there to let people know show up an hour and a happy later than their appointment if you need more time. You have our phone numbers and emails.

Everyone was polite. It was nice to see how well they communicated with each other, and the customers took the time to explain why things needed to be replaced over all pleasant visit

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! Went on the VIP website to schedule a NH Inspection, was able to get appointment same day! (I had scheduled a NH Inspection with another local “competitor” 3 weeks ago and they rescheduled my appointment 3 times!)

Tire blew on 101 in Mitford tow truck took us to VIP. Was a simple process. Guys there are wicked knowledgeable. Very courteous professional and pleasant considering all they do Got 2 new tires. Whe were on the road again in an hour I would recommend them.

I accidentally asked VIP about changing tires long before I needed to. They easily could've told me that it was time to do so, but they let me know I had a few months left with my tires instead. I appreciate their honesty!

I've been going here for 5 years, but will not any more. They just tried to charge me $100 in labor to change 2 $6 light bulbs. Nobody in their right mind would expect that cost and there should have been a call made. Discounting the total to $99.51 was not good enough.

Just put Michelin Defenders on my daughter's car and I'll be putting another set on my son's in a month. VIP remains my go to tire supplier and has been for more than 10 years. Haven't found a better place for tires and keeping our cars safe."

How can I even begin to describe the incredible service I have received over the years from the people I now consider friends at VIP in Milford? From exhausts that needed to be welded, inspections that needed to be passed, tires that needed to be plugged and replaced, bulbs that have blown out, etc, these guys have never ever failed to do what needed to be done in a timely manner. Rick, Bobby, Garth and the rest of the crew (Sean and others) are the highlight of my day when I get to bring a car into VIP or pick one up. There is NOTHING they can’t do and I love them like they’re family. No matter what issue you may have with your car I have every confidence in every single one of them to make it right and to leave you with a better car than you brought it. If I could give more stars I would. I LOVE VIP in Milford!
