Wonderful place for service. Even though they were overbooked I was out in reasonable amount of time. Seth at the desk was very helpful and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Seth was helpful with my tire leaking for months by removing the tire, replacing the valve and cleaning the rim, which was the culprit all this time. I'm very impressed with the work and the staff.

The men working yesterday, 3/19/2024, were extremely helpful and made sure everything was perfect before I drove off the lot. I had to come back a second time because the alignment machine was broken when I came in for tire replacement last week on 3/13/24 but they got me in quickly yesterday and took care of everything! There is a good group of employees working at this particular location who actually care about what they are doing! Thank you!!!

Rick and the team of mechanics at this location are the best! Took my car today to have a state inspection and WOW, was done super quickly and professionally. I could not be happier with the service I received. There’s probably a good reason why the mechanics at this location have stuck around so long! Great job and I will continue to give all my automotive service business to VIP Milford!
