I badly needed a couple of tires on a Sunday. VIP was one of a few local places with Sunday business hours. The VIP employee helped me choose the tires that best met my needs. The work was completed in the time frame that I was quoted. I am extremely satisfied by the service I received and the quality of their products.

I’m new to the area. VIP tire and services sent a welcome ad in the mail with a free oil change offer. When I came for the oil change they were also able to conduct a state inspection for me on the spot. The customer service was outstanding, friendly, and appreciated.

They still don't have my correct address in the system after 19 months, and I'm being charged ten dollars a quart for the oil when you could use the 5 quart bottle for a much cheaper price.
