brought my car there last week after breaking down, they said it was an "exhaust issue" and that they" couldn't work on it," however they could charge me $75 for doing nothing. I brought it to Lou's who said it was in fact NOT the exhaust, but rather a spark plug that blew totally blew out of the cylinder, and that VIP should have seen this very obvious and severe problem. I will never ever take my car to VIP again, especially after they charged me for something that was not accurate at all, and that they should have seen.

We love getting oil changes here. The staff is always polite and very helpful. The customer waiting area is amazingly clean. We will always come back for oils changes and services.

Service Advisor Don was good, but the experience with the shop left a lot to be desired. Booked an appt Sunday with them to have a low tire light looked at, Don got me in right away when I arrived. Technician looked at car, said that tire wasn't repairable and that the car needed a tire and an alignment for a $275 visit. They didn't have a matching tire for my car so I decided to take my car back to the dealer to get it replaced. I take it to the dealer and they told me the tire was repairable and didn't charge me to replace it. Mistakes happen, but wouldn't bring a car here for service.

No other tire association comes close) guidelines for repairing tires. Tires can be deemed unrepairable if the damage is too close to the sidewall which is critical for safety.
