I continue to be so happy with Dupont's service! I have been with Dupont's for four years and am never disappointed. I trust their skill, knowledge, and advice. I am a 'regular' at Dupont's bc they have the best and most skilled crew in the area!! Their high quality work and attention to detail has never changed. This company is so customer oriented - even in the small routine tasks that occur every six months. Dupont's had the mundane routine of exchanging my snow tires for my summer tires - all on rims. They were finished the same day - when I came to pick up the car - the snows were all individually bagged(!!) laid carefully in the back of my van, lug nuts were separately boxed! Also advised me on possible future trouble spots on the van that I should watch. Have to say if a business has that much attention for the small routine things, it is indicative of how attentive the business is in the larger, more expensive repairs that cars require. My experience with Dupont's is exactly that - these guys care and know vehicles. My rewiring due to mouse damage of my van (which no other repair place would even look at) is now going on its fourth year of perfect performance.

Great garage. Started with a draining battery. They found it was the abs module. From there they found chewed wires in my wiring harness and helped me navigate working with my insurance to get everything covered by them. 10/10. Will absolutely use again. Update: went to Duponts again. Still 10/10. Listened to our concerns, didn't push things we weren't ready to fix and finished with the car sooner than they had said.
