Great experience here, very nice mechanic (sorry I didn’t get your name)! Long story short needed new tires and alignment, came in the afternoon after calling to see if I could, and they did it all same day and good price!

I have a lowered 335i e92 and they aligned it perfectly with zero issues. I have gone here in the past and everyone here is friendly and are perfectly comfortable working with me and explaining any issues with the car. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Tried this place out of convenience and continue to go back due to service. They work around my schedule as best they can and leave my car the way I dropped it off. Nothing moved, switched, or shifted. I trust my vehicle with these folks and I love my car, so not many people touch it. Give the shop a chance and support the local community.

Every time we bring our car in they find an "issue". During an oil change they broke a part and clamed it was installed incorrectly, now looking back at it I think that wasn't true. Our previous mechanic where we lived before was great and rarely found any issues with our car and since we have been coming here there has always been a problem. The last straw was when they tried to sell my husband new brakes, after they had installed new brakes just 6 months earlier. I'm not sure if they are trying to swindle their customers or if they are just bad at their jobs, but either way it's not a place I would recommend going to.

Im happy to find a local shop that reminds me of my dad’s shop back up in Maine. They always get me in quick, do a fantastic job at an extremely fair price. Today I popped in without any apt for a flat tire and they plugged in less than 5 min and had me back on the road. Highly suggest going here for quality and friendly service!

The folks at strafford tire have been friendly and helpful. I don’t know much about cars, and they always take care to explain in simple terms exactly what is wrong with my car, without being condescending. They have been honest and fair during my visits.
