I was trying to find a local shop to inspect and service my Teslas (Model Y and Model X). Instead of having the inspections done in NH and then drive all the way to Tesla in Peabody to get serviced. After some research on Tesla forums, etc. I read about Duncan's European Automotive and decided to give them a shot. They were all very knowledgeable and ridiculously nice, this is definetely the right place. Thanks for a great experience, I'll definetely be coming back.

We could not be happier with our experience at Duncan's - we have an older RR Sport that has needed some meaningful wear and tear type repairs and Duncan's has been a great shop to work with, Jesse in customer care and the folks in service have made our experience the best it can be. They work on specialized cars that can't simply go to any shop, and if you're looking to avoid the dealerships for these cars then Duncan's is the place to go... I highly recommend them. 10/10 Highly recommend, Duncan's came through for me when my Audi had just flashed a dash indicator that the coolant had leaked during the commute to work, and my car was about to shutdown. Someone at work recommended them, and I was able to get my car there. When I walked in, they immediately spoke with me at the front desk. They were so friendly, and understanding of what had just happened(lost my ability to get to work). They made time to look at my car immediately that same day, helping me to get back on the road as soon as possible. This is an automotive shop that truly cares! They ran diagnostics and immediately found the problem; assigning the work to be done for the broken coolant pump. I was so impressed with how they sent me a clearly outlined estimate of all the work, in a straight-forward list that I could pull up on my phone. Most genuine and honest shop you will find, I had such a positive experience during what was one of the toughest moments for me with my car. You will not find a more knowledgeable and honest Automotive shop!

Very bad mechanics, they were never able to fix my Mercedes Benz, they only charged me for repairs, nothing, I don't recommend them.

One of the most skilled mechanic shops I’ve ever been to. My sister and I were up in New Hampshire up from Boston for a trip and T.J. did exceptional work on our Audi. 10/10 could not recommend enough. Very professional, incredible customer service and world-class mechanical work.
