Duncan's is a great shop. They are professional, clean, courteous, and most importantly of all, trustworthy. Jesse has taken wonderful care of me on multiple visits. They even have rental cars!
DEA does a fantastic job of fitting us in when we need our Sprinter for travel. Detailed quotes and friendly people. Jesse and Britt are the best!!
It's great to have a trusted place to get work done on my Tesla rather than having to go to MA to a Tesla service center.

I have been using DEA for all my cars maintenance & service for over 10 years & have never been disappointed. Ben & team are always professional & very up front on the service to be performed. Best of all is that there is never a surprise.

Duncan’s was a phenomenal experience, they had amazing communication and went above and beyond what I asked them to do. It is a gorgeous shop and definitely one I will be a returning customer at. They took amazing care of me and most importantly my car, never been happier with a garage!

The folks at Duncan’s European Automotive were very responsive and flexible - getting my car in the next day. They did a quality job at a very fair price and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend their friendly, fair, and professional service.

They keep our fleet going! Some of the vans are having elderly issues. They always take care of us to minimize the down time. They have the experience to forecast what's needed, so we've never had a technician sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow.

I brought my MINI Countryman here after a poor experience at Bedford MINI, and I am so glad I did. They took care of everything needed at a reasonable cost, and I found their staff to be friendly with great communication. I highly recommend them as a much better alternative to the local MINI dealer.
