We had a problem with my local BMW dealership's service department. It seemed obvious that there was a serious problem, the rear of the vehicle was bouncing sideways with every bump, immediately after the dealership did an alignment. They declined to look at it when I brought it back. I went to Duncan's to have them take a look, and they found a broken bolt about to fall out, and fixed it. Thank you for taking excellent care of us!

Not only did they work me into their schedule quickly for a state inspection they went above and beyond washing the car and installing a front license plate for me.

Excellent service! Detailed, professional, and friendly. Had my BMW X5 looked at and owner was straightforward, giving perfect summary of what needs to be done on my car. Paying and picking up is also convenient. Highly recommend.

You will not find a better place to bring your cars than Duncan’s. Their customer service far exceeds dealerships, the work is high quality, and they are honest and 100% stand behind their work. Trust them completely to maintain all our vehicles, ranging from a weekend sports car to high mileage daily drivers.

I would never bring my Mini anywhere else. Their customer service is phenomenal. They may not be the cheapest in the area but still affordable! They make up for it in timeliness, communication and kindness. I have suggested them to several friends and family members who own Minis, Mercedes and BMW's and they have all been impressed as well! An excellent mechanic is hard to find, so thank you!

Tesla inspection, cabin air filter replaced after 4 years, checked out brakes. All good. Nice to have a place that knows Teslas.
