Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and won't try to over-sell you. On the phone and in person, they're always kind, courteous, and respectful. They take time to understand the situation and do quality work. We switched from the dealership service department to Tom's team in Hooksett after our first oil change. We trust them for all of our vehicle service needs.

I count it an honor to write this review. Today was my first time experience with this auto care business. And I can say that it was a really comfortable and fun experience. Tom is so warm, kind and sweet. Humorous too! Angela was warm and really kind and friendly, as well. I was a walk in and wasn't aware that I was supposed to schedule the appointment, but they were still able to fit me in, with a small wait. I didn't mind the wait because I was comfortable. The office has a homey feel, with warm friendly people who feel like friends, so it was cool! I'll definitely be returning. Thanks guys! (and gal!) :D Awesome experience!

Auto Care Plus in Hooksett is by far the most trustworthy ,efficient, reliable garage with top quality workmanship and outstanding customer service! BIG shout out to TOM !!! He definitely made my day and put a smile on my face-- I mentioned that I didn't have much money and only had a certain amount to spend.. and he responded with -- "don't worry! We'll take care of you!!" I 100% recommend auto care plus to anyone that is looking for excellent service.

I always bring my S 500 Mercedes-Benz to this shop for any needed services. The team is extremely knowledgeable in all types of cars and very honest when detecting the problems. My car gets fixed properly, fast and affordable. The manager of the shop Tom, is the best person I ever dealt with. He is definitely a great asset to this company! I couldn't express enough how amazing the service is here! As a young woman, who is also a full-time college student...I've been deceived by plenty of other auto shops, but not this one! It was like a breath of fresh air - their staff is friendly and easy to talk to, and they really make sure you're taken care of and satisfied with their work. I'd recommend this business to anyone!

Had a great experience here! Tom was soo nice and friendly and was very honest about what did and did not need fixed in my car, and didn’t try to have me get more done than I needed. (As opposed to my last mechanic who gave me a faulty battery). Tom replaced my battery for a fair price and even let me keep my car there for a few days until I was able to get a ride to pick it up! Def recommend!

I am very happy I got the coupon in the mail when I did. I had to make an appointment, but when I got to the shop, they were expecting me and took my car right away. I had to wait a bit, but when they were finished, they actually gave me a complete safety run down with estimates so I can know what to expect when I am ready to do any maintenance. They reassured me that nothing was urgent, and didn't try to scare me into getting work done right away. I appreciated that, since I am a woman, and am leery of going to the mechanic alone. I've been taken advantage of in the past, by other mechanics, and I am happy it didn't happen here. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Auto Care Plus in Hooksett. Great team, great office staff, and great experience.
