My dad just took my car down, had a screw in the tire and I needed to get to work in the morning, guys were amazing to my dad. Fixed the tire up no problem and stayed after hours to make sure it was taken care of, we cannot thank you enough!

When I called Marc I was so frustrated trying to find an honest person to look at my jeep. He talked with me and told me how they do things at Auto Care Plus. He didn't rush me , he listened to my concerns and possible repairs I was questioning. I dropped my jeep off on Sunday night so they could get it right in on Monday morning, by mid morning I had a email with photos of everything they found that needed to be repaired. He followed up with a phone call and explained everything to me. I gave him permission for all the repairs (which were multiple) , it was ready the same day ! My jeep is running like new and I couldn't be happier. They have gained a new customer, I would recommend Auto Care Plus Complete to anyone! Thank you Marc and Brittany!!! I will recommend auto care plus to everyone who needs car services. Everyone there are very helpful and listen to their customers needs. I stopped by for a flat tire after a previous auto repair refused to help me out because they were too busy to take my small job. I got stuck at a rest area by the highway since 10pm for a flat tire. My aaa service couldn’t find anyone to help me. No towing company was available to give me roadside assistance. I spend the night at the gas station waiting in the morning to go the the nearest author repair. The first one I went to told me that there’s other auto repair not too far from them that can help me out because they are too busy. Thank God, I driver my flat tire car 0.5mile safely to auto care plus. They were pretty busy too but was willing to consider helping me out. The front desk rep had one of his mechanic come get my car to repair my tire. They had me waited for 30 min then my car was fix. I was very blessed by their exceptional services. May God bless their business and make it prosperous.

WOW! Excellent service! I didn't think that honest garages like this existed anymore! My wife and I were staying in a hotel in the area for the weekend and we noticed that our car was making a grinding metallic sound when turning left. We were worried because we had a 5 hour drive back home on the following Monday. We had no choice: we'd have to have our car checked. From the hotel, I Googled "garages near me" and this one came up. On Monday morning, after checking out of the hotel, we headed straight to the garage. We were greeted by Marc (with a c) and the whole team. Even without an appointment, they checked out our car right away! Turns out it wasn't a serious problem and they fixed it on the spot! No charge! Thanks again to Marc and the whole team at Auto Care Plus in Hooksett NH! We drove home with our minds at ease! I highly recommend them for your car needs! I would love to have these guys near my place!

I’m a DIY’er, replaced my own brakes and ran into an issue resetting a warning light. I called first thing in the morning on a Thursday. They squeezed me in 2 hours later, reset the issue in 20min and didn’t charge me for the work. Doesn’t get better than that. Next time I need work done outside my capability/time ability I’m bringing my car here for sure! Thanks again guys!

Just went in for a brake inspection because the dealer said I was approaching minimum breaker life at inspection time. Tom and his team performed brake inspection all around and said I'm good, in at 50% all around, they don't recommend complete brake service at this time. They'd wait. I'm very happy, and they gave me an estimate for when I do them. Thank you for your honesty! Would trust them to do my services! John Franco

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! SEVERE PRICE GOUGING! I brought my truck here ahead of the Memorial Day weekend for a routine oil change and tire rotation after receiving a coupon in the mail. The morning before my appointment I noticed a clicking sound coming from the engine compartment that I asked them to diagnose. Turns out my radiator fan clutch was failing and needed to be replaced. They were accommodating and able to do the repair the same day so that I could still go away for the weekend. They quoted me $715($445 for the part). In the interest of getting the repair done I agreed to have the work performed. After inquiring with my regular mechanic who I know and trust, I found out I was excessively over charged. He quoted me $439 for parts and labor to perform the same job. Less than what they charged me just for the part. It’s shops like this that give the industry a bad reputation. I strongly suggest that everyone should take their business elsewhere!

This auto repair and service shop is great. I mainly needed brakes. They took me in right away. Several convenient local locations. They performed a full vehicle inspection and had noticed a few other items of need. I completely recommend this shop. Very friendly and accommodating along with being professional all at the same time. 5 stars.

Had a flat tire and was driving on the spare. ACP was able to get me in same day to look at not just the flat tire but also another that was losing air. It was a quick fix and they didn’t even charge me. Their kindness and generosity truly was an amazing blessing this holiday season. I found them very friendly, listened to my concerns and I highly recommend them if you are needing services.
