Once again the Auto Care Plus- Hooksett team comes through. My husband wanted a specific battery for his 2001 Bullitt Mustang. Mark and Paul referred him to a tow company, located and had it installed and even returned the car to our residence. All within 24 hours. Since relocating to NH from NY we have used Auto Care Plus for all our vehicles service and repairs. We could not be more satisfied with their service and quality of work. A ski trip accident left me and my jeep in a sticky situation. Living in boston and knowing my car wasn’t drivable home- I was able to get it towed to Auto Care Plus and leave it with them while I made it back home. I spoke to Marc and Paul about my situation and they were incredibly sincere and friendly. I was able to get the insurance over and repairs covered with them , all over the phone with timely updates on my jeep. They fixed what was needed mechanically and they buffed out and painted my scuffed rim! It looked brand new! I was also able to arrange an after hour pick up, which helped with my work schedule and drive time it would take to get there. Although I wasn’t able to thank these guys in person, they were fast and punctual with my repair and I’m able to adventure onwards!

Had to get some new tires for my truck for the storm coming up. Auto care plus in hooksett put them on for me and also found out what was going on with my transmission. Mark, Paul, and Jon over there are always every helpful and resourceful. When it comings to finding problems. That's why I don't go anywhere else. Thanks again guys. Friendly, easy to make last minute appointments, warranty on repairs and arrangements for alternative transportation when available were a plus. When I needed to leave my car in the shop for extended periods of time I was able to get a vehicle until the repairs on my SUV were completed. Costs for repairs & labor rate were within range of other locations in the area a bit on the higher side but still reasonable. My husband and I liked that they were able to answer our questions and notify us of needed repair options prior to making the repairs. Communication was open from the time the appointments were made and throughout the repairs helped make it an easy decision to continue to be future customers.

I brought my SUV in to have it checked for a rear differential seal that was leaking. The dealership gave me a huge price to have it fixed, so I went to Auto Care Plus to get their estimate. Their estimate was several hundred dollars less than the dealer, but they also told me it wasn't something that needed immediate attention. On top of that, they didn't charge me a dime to look at it! When I do need to get the seal replaced, I'll be going to Auto Care Plus.

I received a mailer with a coupon from this place for $15 off oil change. I had never been there before so I decided to try them. They didn’t give the $15 discount to me so I won’t be back.

We send out different coupons throughout the year which all have a code on them that the service advisor needs to enter into our system to validate the coupon. We certainly do honor any discounts available but we just ask that you present the coupon (we even ask you to do so on the coupon) so we can properly enter it into our system and give you the correct discount.
I needed a State Inspection, and happened upon AutoCarePlus and I am extremely happy I did. Mark and Angela run a good business with a small-town feel to it. The inspection went fine and since I am a new customer, they added me to their rewards program (which is a great deal!) and will occasionally mail me coupons. He pointed out some maintenance checkpoints for fluids, but with no pressure or fake urgency like some other places do. All in all I’m extremely impressed with the team there and they’ve got themselves a returning customer for sure!

Always top notch service! My son has been going here for a few years as well as a few friends and I had an emergency state inspection and these guys graciously fit me in. They’ve got a customer for life. The video of the car, the details of the work, communication between myself and the shop was excellent. They also changed my oil, rotated the tires and changed the cabin air filter for me which I was going to need done anyway. They stand behind the work they do!
