After purchasing my new vehicle, arrangements were made to have it delivered to me at my office in Concord. McGee made the process very easy and accommodating.. Abigail, the representative who delivered my vehicle was not just on time, but early.. she was very pleasant, polite and professional and made sure I didn't have any questions about the truck. She also thoroughly explained paperwork needing to be signed. Her warm and engaging personality made the whole process very easy to get handled.

Charged us for something they didn't even make time to do. Told me that my car wouldn't pass inspection because washer fluid wasn't working. When I got in my car I tried the washer fluid and low and be hold it worked! Had to go back in and get my inspection sticker. They told me we didn't know where the washer fluid button was to test it! WHAT!!

Swapped tires the day I picked up my new car, was in and out fairly quickly. Thank you.

Baylor Rozzell does it again ! I wasn't totally sure that I was going to buy a new car but went to Claremont to test drive a Rav4 hybrid. here was one arriving later that I was most interested in but one on the lot that I could drive. Before we arrived Baylor wrote to say that the model I wanted was actually on the lot for me to see. Before I left the dealership a couple of hours later, I'd signed on the dotted line. Baylor was friendly and knowledgeable and really helpful in guiding us through a painless buying process. Shout out to McGee Toyota of Claremont. I will highly recommend anyone interested in Toyota to go and see Baylor.

I can not believe how much this location in Claremont has turned around. In 2019 I had a terrible experience and I had not returned. Since they reached out to ma this past fall and one of the managers listened to my grievances, offered to attempt to make things rite and they followed through for me. Would recommend these people 100%!
