I was in a difficult situation, and they took me right in and checked my car out, figured out what the problem was took care of me and the stress went away. Great place to go. Thank you for helping me out.

Got me right in as promised for a re-inspection of my vehicle, but because the fellow who checked it the first time was not available, John or whoever checked it this time went through the whole procedure again taking about 45 minutes. All came out as expected and I am legal again for the next year. Thank you McGees

I bought my first brand new car from Mcgee. The sales department was wonderful. When I went in for my first oil change the technician failed to close the filler cap and oil was then sprayed all over the engine compartment of my brand new car. When I took it in the next time, I told them about it they apologized and then proceeded to do nothing about the oil in my engine compartment. After my free regular checkups I stopped going to Mcgee for obvious reasons. They called me recently to offer me a free oil change entire rotation. I went in for it and at every turn they tried to upsell me. When I declined they made their disappointment a little too obvious. I asked them about a bug. The entertainment council that is common enough that it has several discussion groups online. They offered to charge me $75 an hour while they troubleshot it. No thanks. I won't be going back anymore.

I went in for my state inspection. Service was great. However mcgee doesn't have it marked in there system that i was give free lifetime inspections. So I was charged.. however I was able to find my paperwork that clearly states free for a lifetime. So now I'm waiting on my money back. Thankyou Alec

My experience was, as usual, fantastic. I was greeted enthusiastically and taken care of right away. Gage is an absolute gentleman and my service was quick and enjoyable since they have a beautiful, clean waiting area. Top scores all around, wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thanks Gage and Joe!

Schedualed an oil change and when I called in my way down to confirm found out it wasn’t the next day but the following week. No problem was the reply I got and in this world that’s not the way it goes anymore Thank you!!!
