I was really hoping for something other than a typical dealership experience, but sadly they are just another dealership that has lost their way with customer service. I called to schedule an appointment to diagnose an exhaust leak. After waiting 3 weeks, the day finally arrived. I dropped the truck off and was told they would call with a diagnosis. The call I received late that day was to say sorry, they got busy and would get to the truck the next day, so much for making an appointment. The next day they were able to diagnose and said it would be a week. Several days later I received ann update and good news they saved $150. A few days later, the truck was ready. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and found out the total bill was almost $1000 higher! I guess they got busy and forgot to get the OK to charge me for parts I had not approved. As I stated, typical dealer, hurry up and wait, and here is a bill that is 18% higher than the estimate. I sure hope the workmanship was worth the aggravation and extra cost!

I’ve used Grappone service for years. I started with them on a recommendation from a coworker even though they are about 30 minutes away from me. Their service has always been top notch. They send you a video with the full checkup during service and they are upfront with costs and necessities. If you’re thinking of using their service just do. You won’t regret it. Chris, in their commercial truck service was fantastic to work with this last time.

Grappone is the best!!! Love the haggle free pricing and no sales pressure. I’ve bought 5 cars from them over the years…there’s a reason why I keep coming back. Friendly service, and they started work on my vehicle within minutes of my scheduled appointment. They also provided a video that detailed the checkpoints of my inspection, which was appreciated. As a bonus, the waiting room is clean and comfortable! No complaints 👍
