Parts department was not waiting on me and kept overlooking me even though 3 different people looked at me and walked away. They obviously assumed I was with the “other guy.” Females do order parts as well and after complaining to the service department I received my floor matts. Navigation system updated but not comfortable with the grinding noise when brakes applied even though tech says it is normal.
