Very impressed with my service. It is as advertised! Friendly and courteous staff, shuttled in a timely manner to my office, listened to my concerns with my car, and got the work done within the time frame stated. I love the text updates telling me exactly what was being done and the pictures of the work. Great email and text communication! I now feel proactive in keeping my car on the road and in the best working condition. They keep me informed of the things that are good, what they are monitoring for needed repair and what is critical to be done right away. I am very busy so it gets difficult for me to call and get things scheduled. They have called me to schedule! I get a report detailing the above and asking for my approval for the work to be done. Thank you for your diligence and hard work!

I had a great experience with these guys. Excellent customer service and they knew exactly what they were doing. While sitting in the waiting room I received texts and email updates on what they were doing that included videos and pictures. I went for an alignment and they saw that my tie rod wasn’t safely secured which I was unaware of. They fixed the issue with no problem. Great job Accomplished auto not only did you do a great job on my alignment but you also saved my life and my car!

They do good work but need to be more accurate with the job time they quote if you’re waiting there for your car. Might be good to ask them for a loaner and not wait.

We know your time is important and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. After your vehicle was brought into our shop, according to our log, the time our team took to service your vehicle was one hour, and it looks like our team did give you an estimate of needing one hour to complete the work your vehicle was brought in for. We apologize again that your scheduled service began later than expected. Timely service. They replaced the timing chain cover on my Tacoma about a year ago, which is not a small job. Also fixed my A/C. They give a 3 year warranty on all their work. The compressor that was installed ended up failing and they replaced quickly and free of charge. They also have a nice app/website link thing that lets you approve or deny any work they want to do. This is nice for me as I can do it from my phone when I am at work and cannot call.
