I have been bringing my 2015 Lexus 2015 RX350 here since I purchased it. The staff is friendly. The mechanics are top notch. They are fair on prices & explain everything to you. It's convenient to drive right up, rather than sit in a huge dealership. No vacuuming or rides to & from, but that savings shows in the prices of service. Prompt and friendly service

Have a long time shop we use and they found the problem with our Land Rover but unable to do the repair. They referred us over to Luxury Import. Spoke to Bryant who was very helpful and appreciated the fact that Luxury considered what our regular shop stated was the problem and yes, both found that it was an issue with a seal. Our LR is now up and running. I highly recommend Luxury Import Specialists.

These guys are quick and thorough, AND they don't pressure you to do work that isn't needed. I like that in a mechanic! I used to take my Acura to the dealer for service, but I wanted to find somewhere closer (and less expensive), so I tried out Luxury Import Specialists with a basic oil change. Their knowledgeable staff and their no-pressure service made me decide to come back, and that was a couple of years ago! I haven't been in the service bay, but the reception area is clean and has a Keurig coffee maker available if you are waiting for your car. I will always entrust my car to Luxury Import Specialists.
