Very pleased with the service. Had a very good experience. I brought my car in car in with a coolant leak and was fixed promptly. Had an issue with it leaking again due to a manufacturing issue with one of the parts. I was told to bring it in again and it was fixed with no extra cost out of my pocket. Very professional and quick. Will be bringing my car back for regular maintenance

Dana was so nice and helpful with working with the warranty we have through first mile and kept us up to date with everything going on with the vehicle and had it done within 4 bus days.
Always a good quality experience at a good fair rate!!!!!

Fantastically knowledgeable personnel, very reasonably priced. Respectful of customers wallets and their time. offer simplified explanations in layman's terms of what needs to be fixed and why. Will tell customer if repair can wait to be done. Offer budget alternatives at other shops for generic maintenence/repair

The only place I take my Mercedes. The most knowledgeable mechanics and great service too.
