Great place to get tire! Dale is always available (if he's busy working in the shop) to answer your questions and Mike has tires for any car/truck.
They took care of our car well and we were allowed to sit on a cooled room, while we waited.
Great service and great people! Honest with their prices.
I'm in joplin mo everyday as I work there.. I have always came here for oil changes even though it's cheaper in Joplin. Keeping it local ya know.. NOT after today.. I walk in hand over my keys.. A lady that came in after me for an oil change was done and gone before my car was even taken in garage by the same person who did hers.. No oppps or sorry that happened by the only counter guy that checked us both in and out.. I heard the lady that came and went before me say it was her first time using them.. Seems to me you would treat your loyal customers better than skipping them...
Always fair and honest, reasonable, and respectful.
If I could give this place a negative stars rating I would. I was told by my parents to come and pick them up because it would be later that day. When I get there the car is already in the shop. Now they are wanting to do more work to it then necessary. Just came up for an alinement. Would not recommend sending anyone to them. I would tell people to go the other way. Nothing but scamers. Nothing but a**holes that work there.

Service all depends on if the owner is there or not. If he’s not there, service is awful. If owner is there, you’ll get tremendous service. Needs an overhaul of management there in my opinion to provide consistency.
