I went in for an alignment and to have a sway bar link tightened, and left with my car better than its felt in a very very long time from other shops and mechanics. Very impressed they found and fixed issues I'd been having that others had blown off or missed everytime I'd expressed concerns about noises. I didn't budget for the extra work so I seemed a little upset at the extra cost but the work was worth it and fairly priced. Thank you all for being so thorough and getting me back to where I feel safe to travel out of town. Atmosphere is also nice very relaxed and not super long waits. Also best alignment place so far for the area. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loves these guys! They get you in and out without wasting your whole day. Very trust worthy so you know if they fix it, end of story. Dale always has a smile on his face.

When Quality of Workmanship meets Professionalism It takes its toll on weary travelers trudging Route 66 when your vehicle breaks down in a town thousands of miles away from home. We left Virginia on our way to California, taking the historic Route 66. So many planned stops and places to see. Our vehicle went through the ridgid mechanical inspections prior to the trip, but as we were leaving Galena,KS, our battery light lit up and the AC was blowing warm air. We knew something was wrong. We headed to the nearest O’Reiley to get the car checked. Determined the alternator will die soon, we were referred to a Pro Tire shop who may be able to Help. They assessed the car and advised to settle in at an Inn in town as the car will die in 30 min. They gave us a quote, and made arrangements to pick up the car first thing the next day when the ordered parts arrive. At exactly 8am, they were there to pick up the car to bring to the shop. They estimated to be done by 11 but were very good at their jobs that they called at 10am to say that the car was ready. They picked us up to bring to the shop to settle the bill and we were on our way. The professionalism of the staff at this location is way beyond par. The price they charged us was never exorbitant after we had our personal mechanic check the work they did. Most importantly, they were honest and never pushy to get other things replaced. This establishment is very highly recommended. Thank you ProTire for the great Service and excellent professionalism.

The owner talked my wife (before I knew her) into buying an $850 set of all terrain/off-road tires. Even after she told him that she had just bought the truck and lived in town and that it would probably never see an "off-road" scenario, he told her that she " needed" these particular tires. I'm about to get the 12th flat fixed (nail/screw) and it's always the rear tires. I stopped going back to him after the 6th flat. It was at that "visit" that I expressed my displeasure at the tire tread, that It seemingly picked up every nail on the road. He said "It's not the tire" to which his croney to the left said "it's not the tire"! I said that I don't know a soul who has had a nail in one of their tires since these tires picked up their first nail. To which he replied "it's not the tire" immediately followed by the croney to the left "it's not the tire"! I said that it's mighty curious that my car hasn't had a single nail in it in years, nor have any tire on any car of anyone I know! He said "it's not the tire" to which, well, you know. So I'm going to Walmart for the 6th flat fix there, 12 in total! All because he upsold her a set of tires she didn't need. I bet that ol' croney to the left is saying (out of habit, I suppose) "it's not the tire"!
